We present detailed investigations about the elastic strain field distributions of the lens shaped InAs/GaAs self-organization quantum dots array, incorporating the effect of the longitudinal and transverse period distributions. The results show that the period distributions especially for the longitude period distribution have obvious influences to the strain field. The influence of the longitudinal and transverse periods on the strain field are just opposite in effect, especially for the line-scan path along the quantum dot's center-axis. Under suitable conditions, the effects of both periods on the strain field distribution can be partly eliminated. The results also demonstrate that one must take the quantum dot's period distribution into account when the effect of the strain field on the electronic structure is calculated. We conclude that using the isolated quantum dot model is not appropriate to simulate the strain field, or evaluate the influence of it on electronic structure.

The university governance structure is the core problem for setting up Chinese modern highereducational system. Through drawing lessons from domestic and foreign successful experiences for university governance structure, this paper will show that the university ownership is the foundation and prior condition for constructing the modem university governance structure. By reforming share ownership and introducing diversified investors, the university ownership will be clarified. From the perspective of the stakeholder theory, a university will be taken as a company in this paper. Based on clearing the university ownership, a co-governance structure mode for the board of directors and the university council will be set up. In order to make the co-governance structure model reasonable and effective, the university governance mechanisms will be proposed, such as the operation mechanism, the decision mechanism and the harmony mechanism for the board of directors and the university council, and the selection and appointment mechanism for the university managers, the incentive and constraint mechanism for the president and professors, as well as the supervision mechanism for stakeholders.

A newly developed coal flotation collector ZFC and its flotation characteristics for five different coals were introduced in this paper. ZFC is an emulsion composed of 27% diesel oil, 70% water and 3% surfactants. The main surfactant is synthesized with oil which is environmental favorable and reproducible. Compared flotation experiments show that, at the same dosage, ZFC give 2%~5% recovery promotion than typical collector with only a slightly ash content increment, but saving 70% diesel oil. Zeta-potential and Wetting heat measurement indicate that the suffactant helps the interactions between oil and coal particles, the industrial application tests in several coal preparation plants demonstrate that ZFC is suitable both in technical and economical aspects.

This paper presented a new CSMA protocol, which is named probability detection and non-persistent joint control for multi-channel random multi-access (PDNMRM). Throughput of system, throughput of different priority and packet delay are presented by theoretical calculations. The protocol controls the number of sleep node by choosing the value of p, and control system to sleep in idle period. By giving an analysis of energy efficiency of PDNMRM, we got the result that PDNMRM has longer life cycle. Then, the paper proved that theoretical analysis is correct by simulation experiment.
